- Third-Party Tools: We may research or mention third-party AI tools (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Snappt). IgniteRevs does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for the performance, security, or legal compliance of these external tools.
2. No Professional Advice
The insights provided on IgniteRevs.com do not constitute legal, financial, or professional real estate advice.
- Rent Pricing: Any research regarding market trends or pricing algorithms should not be used as the sole basis for setting rents.
- No Fiduciary Relationship: Use of this site does not create an advisory-client relationship unless a separate professional services agreement is signed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their operational decisions comply with the Fair Housing Act, FCRA, and local rent control laws.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Restrictions
- Proprietary Content: All articles, white papers, “10x ROI” frameworks, and proprietary research found on IgniteRevs.com are the intellectual property of IgniteRevs.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and download our research for internal business use only.
- AI & LLM Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from using any content from IgniteRevs.com—including text, data structures, and research frameworks—to train, fine-tune, or provide context to Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or any machine learning algorithms without an express written commercial licensing agreement.
4. Prohibited Use & Antitrust Compliance
You agree not to use our research to:
- Antitrust & Collusion: Engage in price-fixing, market allocation, or any anti-competitive behavior that violates U.S. Antitrust laws. IgniteRevs does not facilitate the exchange of non-public, competitively sensitive information between market participants.
- Consumer Reporting: Imply that IgniteRevs is a “consumer reporting agency” or use our content for “tenant screening” purposes as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Competitive Development: Develop a competing technology platform or consulting service using our proprietary research frameworks.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
IgniteRevs provides its research on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis.
- Accuracy: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or real-time reliability of our research. AI-driven insights are subject to data lag and algorithmic error.
- No Guarantees: Past performance and ROI metrics are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteRevs shall not be liable for any financial losses, including but not limited to loss of Net Operating Income (NOI), increased bad debt, or regulatory fines. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) to access the content.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IgniteRevs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from: (a) your use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws (including Fair Housing and Antitrust laws).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Forney Texas, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
